Sales Team Lead – Qatar

About the role

D Prime is looking for a Sales Team Lead to drive growth in Qatar. The successful candidate will lead a high‑performing sales team, expand market presence and build strong client and partner relationships across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to enter new markets and increase the existing client base.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and clients, ensuring high‑quality service.
• Lead, manage and mentor sales, business development and key‑account teams.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve KPIs for the assigned region.
• Oversee sales operations and collaborate with marketing and support teams to improve performance.
• Identify partnership opportunities and support deal development and closing.
• Ensure consistent implementation of brand strategy and sales standards.
• Organise and participate in events, webinars and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior sales role within Forex or CFD markets.
• Strong track record of meeting revenue targets and expanding market share.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and team‑management abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain client and partner relationships.
• Strategic thinking with experience developing business plans.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
