About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a full-time Scaffolding Foreman in Doha within the oil and gas sector. The foreman leads scaffolding crews, assigns tasks and monitors daily activities, while ensuring all work meets safety and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Enforce HSE standards, conduct toolbox talks and make sure scaffolds comply with safety regulations.
- Inspect scaffolding structures for stability, load capacity and compliance with CISRS/NOC standards.
- Liaise with site engineers, supervisors and contractors to provide safe access solutions.
- Maintain scaffolding permits, inspection checklists and daily activity logs.
- Guide scaffolders on best practices and corrective measures, and address site issues and defects.
- Ensure scaffolds are modified safely when required.
Required profile
- Diploma or technical certificate in civil or mechanical engineering (preferred).
- Certified Scaffolding Supervisor / Foreman (CISRS or equivalent).
- Valid Qatar government approvals for scaffolding works.
- Minimum 5-7 years of scaffolding experience, including supervisory roles.
