About the role
Seagull HR is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee scaffolding operations on construction projects in Doha. The role focuses on safety, coordination, and compliance with project specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily scaffolding activities and ensure they meet safety standards.
- Coordinate scaffolding teams, allocate tasks, and monitor progress.
- Inspect scaffolding structures for compliance with regulations and project requirements.
- Report any safety concerns or incidents to site management promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience supervising scaffolding works.
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding operations and safety procedures.
- Effective leadership and communication abilities.
- Ready for immediate mobilization.
