Security and Loss Prevention Manager

About the role

As a vital member of the QDF Management team, you will ensure smooth, cost‑effective operations while meeting all security and loss‑prevention requirements. You will oversee approximately 25,000 m² of travel‑retail space, support 5‑star customer service and act as a reference point for security matters.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce security regulations across all shop staff and retail areas.
• Review incidents such as internal/external theft, counterfeit currency and coordinate with CCTV operators.
• Conduct spot checks on stock transfers and participate in official stock‑takes.
• Ensure cash and stock transactions comply with company and security standards.
• Maintain vigilance for breaches of security procedures and provide corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in retail or warehouse environments in the Middle East, preferably in duty‑free, airport or international operations.
• Fluency in Arabic and operational knowledge of a retail environment is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with retail IT systems.
