Senior Account & Growth Manager

About the role

Maison Elaris is looking for an ambitious, strategic, and results‑driven Senior Account & Growth Manager to join its media agency team in Doha. This hybrid position balances high‑touch client partnership with commercial expansion, dedicating 60% of time to existing tier‑1 accounts and 40% to new business development.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary senior liaison for key existing clients, building long‑term relationships with brand marketing leads, CMOs, and decision‑makers.
• Oversee day‑to‑day strategic direction for assigned accounts, ensuring media campaign deliverables meet ROI targets and brand standards.
• Identify gaps in current media strategies and propose upsell/cross‑sell opportunities such as performance marketing, programmatic, influencer campaigns, and paid media optimization.
• Own account P&Ls, drive contract renewals, and increase the lifetime value of brand accounts.
• Prepare and present quarterly business reviews with performance analytics and growth roadmaps.
• Prospect high‑value clients across priority industry verticals and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Lead competitive pitch processes, coordinating cross‑functional teams to produce compelling proposals and commercial terms.
• Explore new market initiatives, strategic partnerships, and emerging media solutions to create additional revenue streams.
• Represent Maison Elaris at industry events, trade shows, and panels to generate qualified inbound leads.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline data within CRM tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in account management, growth strategy, or business development within a media, digital, or integrated advertising agency.
• Proven track record of scaling existing accounts and winning new business.
• Strong understanding of media planning, performance marketing, programmatic, and influencer ecosystems.
• Excellent communication skills with senior brand stakeholders.
