Senior Commercial Director

About the role

The Four Seasons Hotels Qatar seek a Senior Commercial Director to lead commercial functions across Four Seasons Hotel Doha and Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar, driving revenue, profitability and market share while upholding brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing commercial team covering Sales, Catering, Revenue Management, Reservations, Marketing and Public Relations.
• Develop and implement pricing and revenue strategies to maximise RevPAR and profitability.
• Oversee sales strategy, key account management and business development for group, transient and corporate segments.
• Create and execute an integrated annual marketing plan, managing digital and traditional channels including SEO, PPC and social media.
• Direct public relations initiatives, maintain brand voice and drive targeted campaigns in key feeder markets.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years experience as a Commercial Director in luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record in Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management, preferably with Four Seasons or comparable brands.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Hospitality Management preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and financial management skills.
• Willingness to travel to key markets as needed.
