Senior Commercial Director

About the role

UCC Holding is hiring a Senior Commercial Director in Qatar to lead its commercial operations and drive business growth across the dairy and juice sectors. The role oversees Sales, Marketing and Fleet Operations, with a focus on revenue growth, market expansion, profitability, product innovation and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximise revenue, profitability and market share.
• Drive sales and marketing performance, product development, pricing strategies and brand growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors and retail partners.
• Oversee fleet and distribution operations to ensure efficiency, cost optimisation and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Production and R&D to optimise commercial performance and introduce innovative products.
• Lead commercial budgeting, KPI monitoring, market analysis and competitive positioning.
• Build and lead high-performing teams across Sales, Marketing and Fleet Operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 20 years of professional experience, including at least 15 years in relevant management or leadership roles.
• GCC experience is an advantage, ideally with exposure to the dairy, juice or FMCG industry.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in commercial strategy, sales and marketing leadership, distribution and fleet management.
• Ability to manage financial performance.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management and business development capabilities.
