About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Engineer to join our Contracts and Procurement team in Qatar, focusing on field and offshore operations within the Oil & Gas sector.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and prepare contractual documents in line with company procedures, policies and regulations.
- Lead contract strategy, bidder pre‑qualification, tender preparation and commercial bid evaluation.
- Conduct contract negotiations covering commercial terms, conditions and responsibility allocation.
- Prepare invitations to tender, analyse bids and support contract award recommendations.
- Monitor ongoing contracts, manage renewals, amendments and claims resolution.
- Coordinate with technical, legal, finance, insurance and other stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Commerce or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of post‑graduate experience in contracts within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Advanced technical competencies in contracts and procurement.
