Senior Corporate Communications & PR Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Communications & PR Lead to join our Marketing Department. The role will shape and execute our corporate communications and public‑relations strategy, strengthening brand reputation and ensuring consistent messaging across all external channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate communications strategies, including press releases, media statements, executive communications, and official company announcements aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, journalists, PR agencies, and external stakeholders while managing media inquiries, interviews, press conferences, and public‑relations activities.
• Lead corporate reputation management initiatives by monitoring media coverage, industry developments, and public sentiment, and support crisis‑communication planning and execution when required.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross‑functional teams to develop executive speeches, leadership messages, corporate content, and communication plans.
• Monitor and report the effectiveness of communication and PR campaigns using relevant performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, media relations, or corporate affairs, preferably within a large organization or the real‑estate, construction, or property development sector.
• Proven experience in developing corporate communication strategies, managing media relations, executive communications, reputation management, and crisis communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and project‑management capabilities.
