Senior Data Analyst – Marketing

About the role

The Senior Data Analyst will support the Marketing Department by turning raw data into actionable insights. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will design dashboards, reports and executive presentations that drive strategic decisions across marketing, customer analytics, communications and experience functions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, validate, reconcile and analyse data from multiple sources.
• Maintain data quality, reporting accuracy and KPI governance.
• Conduct business, customer and marketing analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour and communications effectiveness.
• Prepare dashboards, scorecards, management reports and executive presentations.
• Translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
• Improve reporting efficiency through automation, BI tools and AI‑enabled solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in data analysis, business intelligence or marketing/customer analytics.
• Experience in customer, marketing or business performance analytics.
• Preferred experience in GCC markets and exposure to real estate, hospitality or multi‑business environments.
