About the role
We are seeking a Senior Estimation Engineer to lead the tendering process from initial project setup through commercial submission. The role involves using CANDY software to prepare bills of quantities, split packages, and manage competitive offers.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities from tender drawings and documents.
- Use CANDY software to upload project data, generate outputs, and finalize commercial works.
- Analyze subcontractor and vendor proposals and issue invitations to bid.
- Lead the estimation team, distribute tasks, and mentor junior staff.
- Review project drawings and specifications, develop RFIs, and ensure proper documentation.
Required profile
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE) or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in civil estimation and tendering.
- Proven ability to lead an estimation department and manage multiple projects.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines set by management.
Required skills
- CANDY (CCS) estimation software.
- Microsoft Office suite.
- Blue Beam.
- AutoCAD.
- ArchiCAD.
- Revit Architecture (3D modeling).
