Senior Executive Human Resources

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Human Resources Executive to lead HR operations for our Qatar office and project workforce. The ideal candidate will have strong Qatar HR experience, deep knowledge of Qatar Labour Law, and the ability to manage all aspects of employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations for the Qatar office and project sites.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Qatar Labour Law.
• Oversee employee onboarding, contracts, personnel records and HR documentation.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions and final settlements.
• Coordinate attendance, leave, overtime and payroll inputs to guarantee accurate processing.
• Manage work permits, residency renewals and other government‑related HR processes.
• Support recruitment and manpower mobilization for project requirements.
• Prepare and present HR and manpower reports for management.
• Maintain confidential employee files and provide HR support to site management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with strong Qatar HR exposure.
• Practical knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and government immigration procedures.
• Experience handling project/site workforces in EPC/Construction/Oil & Gas.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with HRIS/ERP systems is an advantage.
