Senior Expeditor – Oil & Gas Projects

About the role
UCC Holding is seeking an experienced Senior Expeditor to support major Oil & Gas and EPC projects. The role focuses on ensuring timely delivery of engineering materials and equipment from purchase order issuance through final delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Expedite engineering materials and equipment from PO issuance to final delivery.
- Monitor supplier manufacturing progress, documentation, inspections, and shipment schedules.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, QA/QC, Logistics, and vendors to guarantee on‑time delivery.
- Follow up on critical project items and proactively resolve delivery delays.
- Prepare expediting reports and maintain accurate records in SAP/ERP systems.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or engineering projects.
- Strong background in expediting Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping, and Structural materials.
- Proven expertise in post‑order expediting and supplier management.
- Experience working with international suppliers and critical project materials.
