Senior Financial Systems Analyst

About the role

We are an established financial organisation seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to maintain and enhance mission‑critical enterprise applications that support our core financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support business‑critical financial applications.
• Investigate and resolve complex system issues.
• Participate in system upgrades and enhancement projects.
• Gather and analyse business requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Perform application testing and quality assurance.
• Produce technical documentation and user guidance.
• Support integrations between enterprise applications.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Provide after‑hours support as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications.
• Experience with financial platforms or ERP solutions.
• Strong SQL and database knowledge.
• Experience working with application vendors.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Banking or financial services background preferred.
