Senior Frontend Engineer – Marketplace

About the role

Snoonu is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to shape the user interface of its Marketplace products. You will work closely with design and backend teams to deliver responsive, high‑performance web applications that delight users.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain web UI components using React.js and Material‑UI (or Ant Design).
• Write unit tests and conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality.
• Develop new features and products, collaborating directly with designers and product managers.
• Implement and maintain a clean, reusable code base.
• Address front‑end performance challenges and continuously improve performance and reusability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 4 + years of professional front‑end development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation.
• Deep understanding of React.js core principles.
• Experience with state‑management tools such as Redux (or Redux Toolkit) or Recoil.
• Familiarity with data‑fetching libraries like React Query.
• Knowledge of modern front‑end build pipelines and tools.
• Ability to optimize front‑end performance and reduce load times.
• Proficiency with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
• Good communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
