Senior HR Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Advisor with over 18 years of experience to provide expert guidance on complex strategic, operational and organizational matters. The role will support senior leadership in shaping workforce planning, organizational transformation and HR governance.

Key responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership on complex HR and organizational issues.
• Develop strategic recommendations and solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Support workforce planning and drive organizational transformation initiatives.
• Review and enhance HR frameworks, policies and governance structures.
• Provide expert input into major organizational projects and initiatives.
• Mentor and guide HR professionals and senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
• Professional HR qualifications are advantageous.
• Extensive experience in HR operations, strategy, projects, advisory or organizational development, preferably within large and complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Qatar/GCC experience and Arabic language capability are a plus.
