Senior HR School Fees Officer

About the role

The Senior HR School Fees Officer will manage daily operations of the School Fees section, ensuring compliance with Qatar Airways policies and delivering timely service to employees across the Group. This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting employee education benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOPs, internal controls, and governance checks for invoice validation.
• Process school‑fees claims in the monthly payroll cycle and reconcile related invoices.
• Conduct audit checks on staff records to verify compliance with contracts.
• Coordinate with HR Payroll to confirm monthly reimbursement variances.
• Implement service standards and produce monthly financial and service performance reports.
• Oversee verification databases for Doha and overseas schools.
• Review exceptional claims and maintain an approved‑claims list.
• Liaise with the Remuneration and Policies team on eligibility criteria and reimbursement guidelines.

Required profile

• High school, vocational or diploma qualification with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of experience.
• Strong English communication and writing skills.
• Solid financial analytical abilities.
