Senior Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with deep expertise in Nutanix AHV‑based platforms to lead the design, migration and operation of our hybrid cloud environment. The role focuses on delivering resilient infrastructure, automating workloads and ensuring compliance with defined RPO/RTO objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage Nutanix HCI solutions using Prism Element, Prism Central and Nutanix Self Service.
• Plan and execute server workload migrations employing lift‑and‑shift and parallel‑build strategies.
• Develop and maintain disaster‑recovery architectures that meet RPO/RTO requirements.
• Perform capacity planning, scripting and automation to streamline operations and migrations.
• Support hybrid‑cloud operations through ITIL‑based change and incident management.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to drive on‑premise to cloud migration initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Nutanix AHV, Prism Element/Central and Nutanix Self Service.
• Strong background in HCI deployment, capacity planning and automation.
• Hands‑on experience with disaster‑recovery design and implementation.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and DevOps practices.
• Ability to work independently and guide junior engineers.
