Senior IT Operations Specialist

About the role

Qureos Inc is seeking a Senior IT Operations Specialist to oversee and enhance the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity. The role involves ensuring reliable, secure technology services while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support IT infrastructure, networks, servers, endpoints, and related systems.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Azure, and Active Directory environments.
• Handle endpoint devices, user accounts, access rights, and IT assets.
• Support backup, recovery, data protection, and business continuity processes.
• Monitor system performance, availability, security, and overall health.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical issues.
• Assist cybersecurity initiatives, vulnerability management, and information security practices.
• Coordinate employee onboarding/offboarding, including device provisioning and access control.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, procedures, and asset records.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors, software providers, hardware suppliers, and service partners.
• Review software licenses and infrastructure needs to identify cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Support evaluation and implementation of new IT tools and technology solutions.
• Prioritize incidents and infrastructure requests based on business impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and technical support.
• 3–5 years in a senior, supervisory, or technical‑lead capacity.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and support multiple business requirements.
