Senior Key Account Manager – Smart Utility Metering (Qatar)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead our Smart Utility Metering business in Qatar. You will be the primary liaison for bulk electrical customers, ensuring service continuity, technical excellence, and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with key bulk electrical accounts.
• Provide technical support and engineering solutions for load management, metering, and distribution systems.
• Coordinate installation, operation, and maintenance of bulk electrical connections and metering equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and operational issues affecting key customers.
• Ensure delivery of services in line with SLAs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal electrical, metering, and operations teams to meet customer requirements.
• Review service requests, complaints, and technical submissions; prepare reports for management.
• Maintain compliance with ISO standards, risk management, and HSE regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in electrical engineering or utility bulk‑supply operations.
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems and Smart Utility Metering concepts.
• Proven track record in key account management and customer relationship handling.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
