Senior Maintenance Engineer – Electrical

About the role

Qureos Inc is looking for a highly experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) to lead maintenance and operations activities. The role focuses on ensuring reliable performance of low‑ and medium‑voltage electrical systems, ELV infrastructure, and associated assets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations, preventive and corrective programs for LV, MV, transformers, generators and ELV systems (UPS, ACS, BMS, CBS, AV).
• Prepare and review tender documents, material submittals, and cost estimations.
• Conduct electrical load calculations, cable and breaker sizing, and verify CAD drawings.
• Manage CMMS/CAFM systems, monitor KPIs, and generate performance reports.
• Develop and implement SOPs, ensuring compliance with OEM recommendations and international standards.
• Lead and mentor technical teams, coordinating with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in maintenance and operations, preferably in an industrial or large‑facility environment.
• UPDA Grade AQCDD approved or equivalent qualification.
• Proven ability to manage technical teams and drive continuous improvement.
