Senior Manager – Tax Technology & Transformation

About the role

The Senior Manager for Tax Technology & Transformation leads client‑facing workstreams that redesign tax processes, embed technology solutions and drive AI‑enabled improvements across corporate tax, indirect tax and accounting compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of tax transformation projects, from requirements gathering to design, build oversight, testing, deployment and stabilization.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Tax, Finance, Technology and external vendors while maintaining disciplined governance.
• Develop and implement repeatable data validation, reconciliation routines and e‑invoicing enablement to improve data quality and reporting reliability.
• Deliver AI/GenAI use cases such as document extraction, classification, anomaly detection and insight generation, with clear evaluation criteria and human oversight.
• Produce executive‑ready reporting, manage milestones, RAID logs and scope changes to ensure predictable outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale tax technology or finance transformation engagements.
• Strong client‑management skills with the ability to run workshops and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated capability to coach and develop junior team members.
