Senior MEP BIM Coordinator – Qatar

About the role

The Senior MEP BIM Coordinator will be based on‑site in Qatar, leading the BIM coordination of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems for large‑scale construction projects. The role demands extensive experience in BIM management and a strong ability to collaborate with design consultants, contractors and site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting and electrical disciplines.
• Produce clash‑free, constructible models and ensure timely model sign‑off.
• Interface directly with design consultants, contractors and on‑site teams to resolve clashes and technical issues.
• Maintain BIM standards and documentation in line with regional codes and client expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum seven years of MEP BIM leadership experience, preferably on GCC projects.
• BE or B.Tech degree is mandatory.
• Willingness to relocate and work on‑site in Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of regional construction codes and standards.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP.
• Expert use of Navisworks Manage for clash detection.
• AutoCAD MEP expertise.
• Experience with BIM 360/ACC platforms.
