About the role
We are seeking a Senior NCR ATM Operation Consultant to join Nair Systems’ Qatar operations team. The role focuses on providing technical support for NCR ATM software, ensuring smooth operation and timely resolution of issues.
Key responsibilities
- Perform Level 1 analysis of ATM incidents and raise tickets with NCR ATM software support.
- Support operational projects and address day‑to‑day operational issues.
- Deploy patches, development releases, and production fixes in line with SIT/UAT progress.
- Collect and share logs, findings, and incident details with NCR support teams.
- Complete assigned technical requests and follow up on resolution.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ATM operations or related technical support.
- Proven ability to work independently in a senior‑level capacity.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with NCR ATM software.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems for Level 1 support.
- Knowledge of patch deployment and release management.
- Understanding of SIT and UAT testing processes.
