Senior Network & Information Security Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Network & Information Security Engineer to join our Doha office. In this role you will safeguard our enterprise network, implement robust security controls, and lead incident response initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain firewalls and security appliances across the enterprise.
• Manage EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, WAF and security monitoring platforms to detect and remediate threats.
• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability reviews and health checks.
• Support disaster recovery, business continuity, audit and compliance projects.
• Provide technical guidance to the security team and collaborate with network engineers.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT, network or information security within an enterprise environment.
• Hands‑on expertise with Fortinet, Palo Alto or Sophos firewall solutions.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts such as routing, switching and secure communications.
• Proven ability to lead security assessments and implement remediation measures.
