About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for a Senior Piping and Static Equipment Engineer in Doha to lead inspection and quality control for piping and static equipment works, covering installation, testing, non-destructive examination (NDE) and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead inspection and quality monitoring of piping and static equipment works.
- Review contractor ITPs, method statements, inspection records and quality documents.
- Monitor piping fabrication, static equipment installation, welding, NDE and hydrotesting.
- Verify work accuracy against project drawings, specifications and standards.
- Review NDE traceability and quality records.
- Raise NCRs and submit senior-level inspection reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Piping Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in large onshore oil and gas or petrochemical construction projects.
- Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office.
Required skills
- Piping, static equipment, welding, NDE, installation and hydrotesting.
- International codes, standards and QA/QC procedures.
