About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for a Senior Piping Engineer in Doha to lead piping construction surveillance, welding and NDE monitoring, hydrotesting, quality documentation and contractor performance review.
Key responsibilities
- Lead construction surveillance for piping fabrication, installation, welding, NDE and hydrotesting
- Review and approve ITPs, method statements, inspection records and test certificates
- Ensure piping works conform to isometric drawings, project specifications and approved procedures
- Monitor static equipment installation and dress-out activities
- Review daily NDE traceability and quality records
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, subcontractors and discipline engineers
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Piping Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 15+ years of experience on large oil and gas or petrochemical construction projects
- Fluent in English
Required skills
- Piping fabrication, welding, NDE, installation, hydrotesting and static equipment works
- International standards, QA/QC systems and construction inspection methods
- Proficiency in MS Office
