Senior Planning Engineer – Project Control & Pre‑FEED

About the role

The Senior Planning Engineer will lead Project Control and Planning activities for Development Project Studies, covering Concept Selection and Pre‑FEED phases. This role ensures that projects are executable, auditable, and fully traceable, providing a solid basis for transition to the FEED stage.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate planning and control tasks throughout Concept Select and Pre‑FEED studies.
• Maintain project transparency, auditability, and traceability of all planning data.
• Prepare documentation and reports that support hand‑over to the FEED team.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align schedules, budgets, and technical requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, including managerial responsibilities.
• Proven experience in early‑stage development project studies (SELECT, Pre‑FEED).
• Strong interpersonal skills for liaison with transversal organisations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Deep understanding of project control principles and methodologies.
