Senior PMO Expert – Project Management Office

About the role

Malomatia is seeking a Senior PMO Expert to lead the design and execution of standardized project management practices across its technology and telecom initiatives. The role will support project managers, ensure alignment with business priorities, and drive continuous improvement of PMO processes.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and implement standardized project management methodologies, frameworks, and governance processes.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Provide project managers with tools, guidance, and support for effective execution.
• Develop project reports, dashboards, and performance updates for senior leadership.
• Identify project risks and issues, support mitigation plans, and drive timely resolution.
• Ensure project delivery remains aligned with business objectives and agreed timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, reporting standards, and delivery practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in PMO, project management or project governance roles.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, reporting frameworks and governance practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience managing complex projects in technology‑driven environments.
• Arabic speaker is mandatory; GCC residency preferred.
• Background in telecom, technology or technology service provider environments is strongly preferred.
