Senior Project Engineer – Infrastructure & Civil Projects

About the role

The Senior Project Engineer leads multidisciplinary teams to deliver onshore infrastructure and civil engineering projects from concept through hand‑over. You will ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams throughout the full project life‑cycle, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Develop, implement and maintain Project Execution Plans and QHSE Plans.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, cost control, budgeting, contract administration and progress reporting.
• Manage change processes and stage‑gate approvals.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering efforts, resolve design and technical issues promptly.
• Support tender preparation, evaluate technical bids, review contractor submissions and provide recommendations.
• Maintain risk registers, assess and mitigate project risks, and interface with end‑users and government authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline (mandatory).
• Minimum 12 years of experience in engineering and project management of infrastructure/civil projects.
• Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle from feasibility to hand‑over.
• Preferred: Master’s degree, professional engineering or project management membership, and experience in oil & gas environments.
