Senior Project Manager - Offshore

About the role

Worley Parsons is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead offshore projects in Doha, Qatar. You will be responsible for delivering complex engineering, procurement, and construction initiatives while ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, cost control, and gross margin achievement for assigned projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and security standards.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, resource plans, and financial forecasts.
• Manage client contracts, interfaces, and high‑value engineering centres.
• Identify issues early, implement corrective actions, and capture improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of project management experience in offshore or large‑scale engineering environments.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and margin management.
• Experience delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
