Senior Sales Engineer – Structural Steel & PEB (Bilingual)

About the role

Estithmar Holding is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to lead business development in the Structural Steel Fabrication and Pre‑Engineered Buildings (PEB) markets across Qatar and the GCC. The role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to secure industrial, commercial and Oil & Gas projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in structural steel and PEB projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, developers and project owners.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with engineering and estimation teams.
• Lead client meetings, presentations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project award.
• Maintain and expand the customer portfolio while ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and upcoming projects.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports and keep CRM records up to date.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project hand‑over and execution.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Arabic speaker with excellent command of English.
• Minimum 5‑10 years of technical or senior sales experience in structural steel fabrication, preferably with a Class A steel fabricator.
• Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication, manufacturing and erection processes.
• Proven track record of securing projects in industrial, commercial or Oil & Gas sectors.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Solid technical knowledge of structural steel fabrication and PEB solutions.
