Senior Siebel CRM Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Siebel CRM Developer to join Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa (Techvista) in a fully remote capacity. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting enterprise‑grade Siebel CRM solutions and integrations for our clients across various sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Siebel CRM applications, customizations, and new business functionalities.
• Configure Siebel applications using Siebel Tools and e‑Script, and develop Web Services, Business Services, Workflow Policies, and Assignment Manager settings.
• Support Siebel implementation projects by collaborating with business analysts and technical teams.
• Prepare technical documentation such as design documents, migration plans, and release notes.
• Manage enhancements, perform unit testing, and handle deployments across non‑production and production environments.
• Monitor and maintain Siebel configurations across multiple environments and troubleshoot production issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on Siebel CRM development and configuration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Fluent Arabic language proficiency.
• Siebel certification is preferred.

Required skills

• Siebel Tools, Siebel e‑Script, Siebel e‑AI, Siebel EIM.
• Web Services, Business Services, Workflow Policies, Assignment Manager.
• Oracle Database, SQL and relational database concepts.
• Experience with SDLC, testing, and release management.
• Knowledge of Siebel Public Sector, Financial Services, or Call Center modules.
