About the role
We are looking for a Senior Site Engineer (Mechanical) to lead the mechanical and metallic piping works on a Desalination/RO plant project. The role involves supervising daily site activities, coordinating manpower and materials, and ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, quality, HSE and schedule requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and execute mechanical and metallic piping works for the Desalination/RO plant.
- Coordinate site manpower, material deliveries and daily construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements.
- Monitor construction schedules and report progress.
- Collaborate closely with the Site Manager, main contractor, client and other project teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of GCC construction experience in Oil & Gas and Desalination/RO projects.
Required skills
- Metallic piping erection.
- Mechanical equipment installation.
- Testing and site execution.
- Knowledge of project specifications, QA/QC and HSE requirements.
