Senior Site MEP Engineer (Mechanical)

About the role

Al jabor pools, a leading Qatar company specializing in swimming pools and water features, is seeking a Senior Site MEP Engineer (Mechanical) to lead on‑site mechanical works.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all MEP works related to swimming pools at the construction site.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, clients and subcontractors to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare, raise and close inspection requests, attending inspections with consultants.
• Manage manpower, subcontractors and multiple projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• UPDA certification and a valid Qatari driving licence.
• Minimum 10 years of MEP experience, including at least 5 years on swimming‑pool projects (overflow, infinity, jacuzzi, water features, filtration systems).
• Proven ability to solve site problems and coordinate with consultants, main contractors and sub‑contractors.

Required skills

• Mechanical engineering and MEP expertise.
• Experience with swimming‑pool mechanical systems and filtration.
• Knowledge of QCS, method statements and material submittals.
