Senior Software Engineer – Oracle Access Portal (OAP) CRM

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer and Subject Matter Expert to lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise‑grade telecom CRM applications. The role combines deep expertise in Oracle Access Portal (OAP) with full‑stack development using PHP (Yii2) and modern web technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable CRM solutions on the PHP Yii2 framework.
• Implement customer, account, service, subscription, and billing management modules.
• Integrate front‑end, back‑end, and Oracle database components, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Build and enforce Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC) and other security controls.
• Create audit logging, monitoring, and real‑time validation features.
• Develop workflow automation and data‑grid interfaces.
• Troubleshoot complex UI, application, and database issues.
• Adhere to secure coding standards and best practices.

Required profile

• 8–10+ years of experience in telecom CRM and OAP development.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, service management, subscriptions, and billing in a telecom environment.
• Experience with enterprise OSS/BSS architectures and workflow automation.
• Security‑focused mindset with experience in audit and compliance requirements.
