Senior Software Engineer – Oracle BRM, PDC, OCOMC & BI Publisher

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer and Subject Matter Expert to lead the design, development and support of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) solutions, along with Pricing Design Center (PDC), Offline Mediation Controller (OCOMC) and BI Publisher reporting in a complex telecom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain Oracle BRM 12.x/15.x environments, including rating, billing, invoicing, taxation and revenue assurance.
• Develop and support custom BRM components using opcodes, MTA applications, PCM C/Java and Unix/Perl scripts.
• Manage the full pricing lifecycle in PDC, creating charge offers, discounts, bundles, tiered and roaming pricing models.
• Support BRM upgrades, cloud‑native deployments with Kubernetes and Helm, regression testing and production cut‑over.
• Configure and maintain OCOMC mediation flows, develop cartridges, node chains and transformation logic for voice, SMS, data and roaming CDRs.
• Monitor mediation pipelines and ensure accurate downstream processing into BRM and billing systems.
• Design and develop enterprise reports with BI Publisher/Oracle Analytics Publisher, handling scheduling, bursting and performance optimisation.
• Collaborate on CI/CD, version control and release management across on‑prem and cloud environments.

Required profile

• 8–10+ years of experience in telecom billing, rating, mediation and revenue assurance.
• Proven expertise with Oracle BRM, PDC pricing models and OCOMC mediation.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud‑native BRM deployments on Kubernetes and Helm.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for troubleshooting revenue‑impacting incidents.
