Senior Transfer Pricing Specialist – International Tax Advisory

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Transfer Pricing Specialist to join EY’s GCC‑based tax team. You will work on international tax and transaction services projects, providing advisory, planning and compliance support to a diverse client base across industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of transfer pricing engagements, from data collection and analysis to the delivery of insights and recommendations.
• Develop and review transfer pricing documentation and tax planning strategies for multinational clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on complex transfer pricing issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional tax teams to ensure integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in transfer pricing, either in a Big‑Four audit firm or an in‑house tax department.
• Strong understanding of complex transfer pricing concepts and broad exposure to related issues.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and written/oral communication skills.
• Relevant academic qualifications such as an MSc in Business Administration (Commercial Law or Auditing) or a Master of Laws.
• Proficiency in Arabic is desirable.
