Senior Treasury Officer

About the role

The Senior Treasury Officer will oversee daily treasury operations for UCC Energy, ensuring cash visibility, liquidity forecasting, banking administration, payments, funding support and financial exposure reporting across corporate and country/asset finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily cash position and 13‑week cash forecast.
• Manage bank accounts, signatories, mandates, KYC and payment controls.
• Support funding facilities, covenants, guarantees and compliance tracking.
• Monitor FX, interest rate, counter‑party and commercial exposures.
• Assist working‑capital improvement, cash‑call timing and contract payment terms.
• Maintain treasury controls, reconciliations, registers and reporting.
• Support SAP Treasury/BCM integration, bank connectivity and treasury process enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in treasury, cash management, banking or corporate finance, preferably within oil & gas operations or joint‑venture environments.
• Proven experience supporting multiple entities, countries or business units.
• Fluent English and based in Qatar, with occasional travel.
