Senior UX Designer - Contract

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to lead end‑to‑end user experience engagements, from discovery and research through to validation and delivery. The role works closely with business stakeholders, facilitating workshops, conducting user research and usability testing, and translating complex requirements into intuitive digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UX projects from discovery, research, journey mapping and interaction design through to prototyping and validation.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and heuristic evaluations.
• Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder engagement.
• Develop UX frameworks, standards and best practices.
• Champion accessibility, inclusive design and evidence‑based decision making.
• Mentor designers and contribute to the UX Centre of Excellence.

Required profile

• Strong experience in UX research and user testing.
• Expertise in customer journey mapping and interaction design.
• Hands‑on experience with wireframing, prototyping and validation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Proven ability to lead end‑to‑end UX projects from discovery through delivery.
