About the role
The Server Assistant is a key member of the Food & Beverage team at Four Seasons Hotel Doha, supporting the Food Server to deliver an exceptional dining experience that meets Four Seasons standards of quality, professionalism and friendliness.
Key responsibilities
- Clear tables promptly and reset them neatly according to specifications.
- Perform side work such as polishing silverware, refilling condiment containers and maintaining table settings.
- Assist with discreet clearing of tables and ensure a clean dining environment.
Required profile
- General food knowledge and good personal presentation.
- Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays.
- Outgoing personality with a can‑do attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
