Services Advisor – Contract Performance Manager

About the role

The Services Advisor – Contract Performance Manager will join Baker Hughes' Energy Technology division, supporting contract administration and performance for LNG and power‑plant equipment orders. This role blends sales, proposal development, and contract execution to ensure customer satisfaction and business goals are met.

Key responsibilities

• Administer assigned proposals and contracts, handling customer interface, negotiations, preparation, and interpretation.
• Support execution of equipment‑only orders for domestic and international LNG and power‑plant contracts.
• Perform proposal, negotiation, and contract administration functions with minimal supervision.
• Provide contract management assistance to senior contracts personnel and act as team leader for assigned programs.
• Liaise with functional organizations to communicate requirements and ensure efficient processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or a high school diploma/GED with at least four years of contract administration experience.
• Minimum seven years of experience in contract formation, execution, and performance management.
• Knowledge of rotating equipment, especially gas turbines, and experience with LNG/power‑plant contracts.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in English; Arabic fluency is a plus.
