SharePoint Specialist – Software Development Specialist

About the role

The Software Development Specialist is responsible for the end‑to‑end support, development, and operation of production applications built on Document Management Systems (DMS), SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. The role also sustains .NET and Azure‑based solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and IT management.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for production applications on DMS, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, owning the full product operations and support cycle.
• Monitor applications, set up alerting, and manage both automated and manual deployments.
• Analyze requirements, design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and document software solutions using custom development and out‑of‑the‑box functionality.
• Ensure patient safety by proactively identifying risks, reporting concerns, and following safety protocols.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, organizational and system data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar software development and support role.
• Experience with data integration and conversion is preferred.
• Background in healthcare organizations is a plus.
