Site Construction Manager – Oil & Gas Project

About the role

We are seeking a Site Construction Manager to lead on‑site activities for a major oil and gas project in Doha. The role involves overseeing the installation of piping systems, heavy equipment, rotating machinery, gas turbines and compressors, ensuring safety, quality and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise all construction activities on the project site.
• Manage the erection of heavy equipment and the installation of rotating equipment, gas turbines and compressors.
• Oversee piping works, from material handling to final testing.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Monitor progress against the project schedule and report status to senior management.
• Control site resources, including labor, subcontractors and equipment.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in site construction within the oil & gas sector.
• Demonstrated experience with piping installation.
• Proven ability to erect heavy equipment and install rotating machinery.
• Hands‑on experience with gas turbine and compressor installations.
• Strong site supervision and construction management capabilities.
