About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for a Site HSE Officer in Doha to monitor site HSE activities, permit-to-work (PTW) and job safety analysis (JSA) compliance, risk assessments, inspections and safety compliance for construction activities.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and monitor site HSE activities.
- Conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments and safety reviews.
- Monitor PTW and JSA compliance for site activities.
- Provide safety guidance for heavy lifting, confined space, deep excavation and other critical activities.
- Review HSE procedures, deviation requests and contractor safety performance.
- Coordinate with the end-user HSE team, EPC contractors and subcontractors.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical discipline, or equivalent HSE qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil & gas and/or petrochemical industry.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
