Site Manager – Industrial Project (Qatar)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead construction and installation activities on an industrial project in Qatar. The role is full‑time on‑site for six months, with accommodation, transportation and all necessary resources provided.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company to the client and subcontractors on site.
• Lead and coordinate all construction phases, managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Organise daily and weekly coordination meetings and produce progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with schedule, HSE and quality procedures, implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary activities and act as the interface between construction, engineering and client teams.
• Participate in project close‑out, punch‑list follow‑up and final acceptance of installations.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Minimum 20 years of experience on international industrial projects.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar position.
• Strong experience managing subcontractors and multicultural teams.
• Experience in brownfield, revamping or plant shutdown projects is a plus.
• Fluent English.
