Social Media Manager – Doha

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our fast‑growing technology and digital ecosystem in Doha. You will be the bridge between our brand’s business objectives and its B2B and B2C audiences, driving day‑to‑day execution of our social media strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage content calendars, continuously optimizing based on performance and trends.
• Create creative assets for multiple platforms in collaboration with design teams and external contractors.
• Write post copy independently and with copywriters, and coordinate publishing, community moderation, and basic analytics.
• Manage freelancers and vendors, preparing detailed briefs and ensuring timely delivery.
• Monitor key KPIs, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product teams to align social media initiatives with business goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing, either in‑house or agency.
• Strong understanding of social media metrics such as engagement rate, CTR, reach, and ability to produce analytical reports.
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Excellent teamwork and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of the specifics of major social media platforms and content formats.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools for content creation and marketing workflows.
• Understanding of social media boosting and paid content promotion (optional).
