About the role
We are looking for a Solid Waste Collection Supervisor to lead our waste collection crews in Doha. The role ensures daily operations run smoothly, safely and in line with health, safety and environmental standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate waste collection crews and daily routes.
- Monitor vehicle and equipment utilisation to optimise performance.
- Ensure compliance with waste management procedures and HSE requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safe working practices.
- Prepare and submit operational reports on collection activities.
- Liaise with clients to confirm service delivery expectations.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in solid waste collection or municipal waste management.
- Previous supervisory experience managing crews.
- Strong knowledge of waste collection operations and health, safety and environmental standards.
- Organisational and leadership abilities.
- Preferred: qualification in Waste Management or Environmental studies, relevant HSE certification, and a Qatar Driving Licence.
