Spa Manager – Lusail, Qatar

About the role

The Spa Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities of employees delivering spa services, including salon, skin‑care, massage, reservations, reception, and locker‑room areas. The role focuses on guest and employee satisfaction while achieving the operating budget.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Spa Director in managing operations, budgets, and payroll reports; assume full responsibility in their absence.
• Ensure all staff have necessary supplies, equipment, and uniforms, and maintain inventory within budget.
• Maintain cleanliness of the spa, related areas, and equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, handle guest feedback, complaints, and empower staff to exceed service standards.
• Conduct HR activities: gather employee feedback, enforce policies, participate in discipline and recognition programs, and oversee training and orientation.
• Monitor financial performance, align department goals with overall property objectives, and strive to meet or exceed budgeted targets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in spa operations, guest services, or a related professional area.
• Proven ability to supervise staff, manage budgets, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
