Spa Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a Spa Therapist to join our luxury resort’s spa team on Qetaifan Island North. The successful candidate will deliver a range of high‑quality treatments, ensuring each guest feels relaxed, pampered and fully satisfied with their experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs and wraps.
• Assess guest needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper stock of supplies.
• Stay updated on spa products, services and industry trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Promote spa services and products to enhance guest experience and drive sales.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and privacy at all times.

Required profile

• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics or a related field.
• Additional certifications in specialized treatments such as aromatherapy, reflexology, hydrotherapy or Turkish spa specialties.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a spa therapist in a luxury spa or hotel environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts.
